Mother's Day Special Homemade chocolate cake recipe(चॉकलेट केक बनाने की विधि)
Ingredients for chocolate cake(चॉकलेट केक बनाने की सामग्री)
- 1 cup flour(मेदा)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar(पाउडर शुगर)
- 1/4th cup cocoa powder
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- 1 egg(अण्डा)
- 1/4th cup oil/butter
- 1cup milk
- 1/4tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for chocolate ganache
- 50g of chocolate
- 4tbsp of butter
- 1/4th cup milk

Step 1
In a bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda mix it well and then add egg, oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients well then pour the batter into the cake tin. Now in a steamer, add water and boil it then put the cake tin inside the steamer for 20min or till it gets properly baked.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter together then add hot milk and mix it well. After the cake gets cool, pour the chocolate ganache over it and decorate it with some chocolate balls etc according to your wish.
